Randy has worked globally with private equity, investment bankers and venture capital firms as well as both privately and publicly held companies operating with dealer, franchised, licensed and company owned / operated structures.
Further Industry Involvement:
Current Commitee member of the International Trade Committee at the Auto Care Association.
Former Committee Chair of the Market Intelligence Committee at the Auto Care Association.
Education:
Randy earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University and an MBA in Management from Rockhurst University of Kansas City, Helzberg School of Management.
Experience / Expertise:
Randy’s experience is unique as it crosses most channels of automotive aftermarket business; automotive service, mechanics hand tools, automotive parts and accessories retail, wholesale, and manufacturing in the US, Mexico and throughout Asia. His experience includes both B2B and B2C. He has worked in the U.S, Mexico, Canada, Europe and Asia to both run and support operations including strategic development of current and future growth. His deep experience and strategic contacts in Asia spans over 30 years including sourcing, product development, manufacturing, licensing, franchising, aftermarket auto service/repair, aftermarket replacement parts wholesaling and retailing.
