Jason has worked across the country with community health organizations, long-term care facilities, continuum care retirement communities, public and private organizations including governmental agencies, advocacy groups and educational institutions, providing health care and wellness services, community outreach programs, residential care, start-up program development, and facility operations management.
Experience / Expertise:
Recognized as a leader in his field, Jason has spent nearly 20 years working in various aspects of the health services industry which has given him a unique skill set in developing, implementing and managing a vast array of health and wellness programs and services, with a major focus in the long term healthcare arena. His expertise includes managing long-term care facilities and CCRC's, implementing award-winning community-based health and wellness programs, regulatory compliance, resource development, financial stewardship, building strong community partnerships and developing effective marketing strategies. Overall, Jason has a passion for working with older adults and strives to provide excellent services and leadership to improve overall health and quality of life while working to keep facilities and organizations operationally successful.
Education & Certifications:
Jason earned a BS degree in Exercise & Wellness with a focus in health promotion and community health from Arizona State University and an MBA in Health Services Administration from Northern Arizona University. He is also a Arizona Licensed Assisted Living Facility Manager and is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Balance and Mobility Specialist.
